Belated Birthday Surprise For Myself

Yay! I'm so happy yesterday because firstly, I got my parcel finally. It's my new bag, got it for my own birthday present. Secondly, I got my donor card, I'm officially an organ donor right now. I've been waiting for these 2 items for almost a month, and both of them arrived at the same time yesterday. =D I know it's weird to give myself a surprise (or it's not called a surprise at all? Nah~ I don't care. =P), but nothing's wrong as long as I'm happy about it.

I got it from Niceshop. I usually shop at PGMall, but this bag is out of stock there, so I switch to Niceshop. The quality of bags available on these online stores are actually quite well. Of course you can't expect them to be as high quality as those branded one, you get what you pay for, you see. I've bought several bags from them and I'm satisfied about it so far. The price is very reasonable as well.

Besides that, I got my donor card, like finally! I always wish that I could be an organ donor and now I am one of them eventually, I'm proud to be one. =) In my opinions, when we're born, we brought nothing to this world; so when we're died, we should leave with nothing as well. So why don't we donate our organs to help those who needed, and part of us still live with someone, somewhere in this world.

If you're interested, you can register yourself on National Transplant Resource Centre's website, A Gift of Life. Online registration only took you a few steps, it's kinda easy and convenient. Once your registration is successful, you just have to wait for the ID donor card to be mailed to your address. No hassle. =) I'll show you how with the screenshots provided below.

Of course you'll have to read and understand all the information about organ donation before you proceed to registration, so remember to browse around their website. And must remember to ask for your family or life partner's permission first, tell them about your decision.

To register, go to their website, A Gift of Life.
Click "Be An Organ Donor" and then "Online Registration".
Key in your email address and IC number for verification.

After the verification is done, you'll get this email.
Click on the link provided for the online registration form.

Fill in your details and submit.
(As for "My next of kin", you just have to fill in any one member of your family.)

That's it. You'll get an email like this once your registration is completed.

Remember to put it in your purse, it's recommended to put it together with your Identification Card (IC). You have to always bring it with you.

Some little simple things are enough to make my day up, wish you guys have your happy days too.
